Do you keep missing the red flags? Are you caught in cycle of dating people for a short time then find yourself back on dating apps? Do you fall too hard for people and get hurt? Are you a victim of ghosting?
Then is the workshop for you!
In this modern age of online dating, we are set up to fail by entering into fast situation-ships, hopping from one to the next or being badly burned by intense romances - all of this can end up having a lasting negative affect on our mental health and future relationships.
To combat this, we will be discussing how to date with your mental health in mind, how to spot and avoid red flags and what you can do to break the cycle of unhealthy dating habits…
We’ll be using a mixture of psycho-education, group discussion, journalling and art to develop a better idea of how to date in healthy ways
We have a strictly non-judgemental environment and we encourage all attendees to take part in creating a safe, inclusive space for all.
Art Sisterhood sessions provide psycho-education, peer-support, talking circles and mindfulness, as well as free materials & equipment, free refreshments & snacks and helpful facilitators.
Benefits of our workshops include: emotional catharsis, creative expression and freedom, new perspectives, self validation, new friendships & sisterhood, better understanding of oneself, boosted self-esteem.
