Come and join us in our private location for small, in-person, COVID-safe journalling workshops!
In these sessions, you’ll be given your very own journal and we’ll explore the benefits of using creative journalling and showing you journalling techniques to build your emotional resilience and self esteem.
Our workshops do not require you to be “good at art”, at Arts Sisterhood we believe art is a valuable tool for everyone to use.
We focus only on non-triggering themes and ideas such as building self esteem, changing perspectives and women’s empowerment. We have a strictly non-judgemental environment and we encourage all attendees to take part in creating a safe, inclusive space for all.
Art Sisterhood sessions also provide psycho-education, peer-support, talking circles and mindfulness, as well as free materials & equipment, free refreshments & snacks and helpful facilitators.

We welcome all self-identifying women and non-binary folx, aged 18+.
Workshops take place at a private studio location in East London, 3 minutes walk from Dalston Junction Overground (address will be provided via email, closer to the date).
