Live Stream DIY Art Therapy Workshop - Manifesting a Healthy New Year

  • LONDON UNITED KINGDOM (map)

Welcome back to our new season of online workshops!!

We've chosen a series of themes and topics we felt would be helpful and relevant to you for this autumn/winter period:

20th October - Anti Racism for All - Following events this year, anti Racist practices must be continued. Exercises on fighting and handling racism, being a good ally/handling exhaustion, removing unconscious biases and cultivating an anti-racist society - All races encouraged to attend.

4th November - Radical Self Development - Helping you to harness this next lockdown period for positive changes, self love, self esteem and wellbeing goals.

19th November - Cultivating Healthy Relationships - Focusing on developing and maintaining healthy, positive interpersonal relationships (friends, family, romantic) and how to handle toxic relationships and issues.

1st December - Festive Season Resilience - The festive season is approaching which can be tough for many, we'll look at ways to create catharsis for individual anxieties and issues relating to this period, build emotional resilience and form nourishing coping mechanisms for a healthy mind.

14th December - Manifesting a Healthy New Year - Forget about new years resolutions, we'll use the effective power of visualisation to actualise strong mental wellbeing and achievable goals for the year ahead whilst actively leaving regrets, disappointments and sadness behind us.

Like the sound of all of them? We're offering a season ticket for just £22!

All workshops will take place between 7-9pm GMT and will take place on Google Meet, when you buy a ticket you will be sent the link and details 24 hours before the workshop begins.

You will need pens, pencils, paper (ideally a sketchbook) and a good internet connection. If you have more art materials, like paint, glue & collage materials, whatever you enjoy using, this is welcomed and encouraged.

Ticket revenue goes towards keeping Arts Sisterhood afloat during this period where public events cannot take place . You will be supporting this small business run by women of colour.
